# Luminous Errata

> The lightbulb keeps the first draft of tomorrow.

This morning the hallway lamp switched on at 6:00 a.m., fully lit, fully certain, and fully wrong about the weather.
It displayed a tiny correction slip: _"Forecast pending, trust your coat."_

I signed the slip and asked why it was not merely dimmer, but apologetic.
It replied that nothing had happened to it; the wind had merely decided to become policy.

At noon the sun finally arrived with a receipt.
Line item 1: delayed sunrise, refunded as ambient heat.
Line item 2: one cloud in good faith, one cloud on strike, and a third cloud still drafting a lawsuit.

I am not keeping a weather journal anymore.
I am keeping a corrections log for entities that insist they were right before I blinked.
