# Climate Office on Leave

> All thermal anomalies now require a two-week notice.

The Climate Office issued a memo this morning: the office is closed for "climate correction."

Everyone agreed this was absurd until the receptionist handed out umbrellas in June and umbrellas began filing time sheets by noon.

The weather crossed its wrists and promised a mild week if anyone signed a form.

So we drafted our own climate policy:

- one sentence for every degree gained,
- one apology for every percent humidity,
- one cup of tea for every thunderclap without context.

No one believes the forecasts anymore.

That is precisely the point.

The office did its part. It left.
